HIRING IMMEDIATELY: GENERAL LABOR IN INDIANAPOLIS, IN
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for General Labor to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This individual will be responsible for performing routine inspections, basic troubleshooting, and minor repairs, operating and monitoring standard operating procedures, and more listed below. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $16.50/hour
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM
- Located in Indianapolis, Indiana
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor [production lines, balers, shears, forklifts, yard equipment, etc.] according to standard operating procedures
- Perform routine inspections, basic troubleshooting, and minor repairs; report larger issues to maintenance/operations leadership
- Load, unload, stage, and organize materials (ferrous/non-ferrous, e-scrap, drums, bales) safely and efficiently
- Follow quality checks and documentation requirements (weights, grades, lot tracking, shipping/receiving paperwork)
- Maintain a clean, hazard-free work area; participate in 5S/housekeeping and yard organization
- Adhere strictly to safety policies, PPE requirements, lockout/tagout, and environmental/compliance procedures
- Collaborate with team members across shifts to meet throughput, safety, and customer service goals
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
