Job Summary:
As a Weekend RN Supervisor at Tucker House Nursing and Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide exceptional, personalized care to our residents. Reporting directly to the Director of Nursing, you will oversee a team of Registered Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants during our weekend shifts, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support. Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of Registered Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants on weekends, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care and support
Conduct daily bedside rounds to assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care, including assessments, medications, and treatment plans
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication
Provide direct patient care as needed, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing emotional support
Identify and address potential concerns or issues, escalating as necessary to ensure optimal care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
