Regional Property Manager
Job Description
Legacy is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of condominium communities throughout Michigan. This position will be responsible for maximizing the performance and value of assigned properties through effective asset management, planning, budget development and oversight, and the creation and execution of exceptional marketing, leasing, and long-term management strategies across multiple sites. Success in this role requires a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, understand ownership and agent objectives, and develop and execute strategies that achieve established financial and physical goals. The Regional Property Manager will collaborate closely with multiple departments and team members, fostering a culture of communication, accountability, and teamwork. Additionally, this role will actively support business development initiatives by helping to market Legacy’s services, strengthen industry relationships, and identify opportunities for new business growth.
Qualifications:
- At least five (5) years of leadership and management experience
- Property management experience with at least three (3) years of managing multiple sites
- Exceptional organizational, client relations, and contract management skills
- Extensive experience on budgeting, long-range planning, and oversight of capital improvements
- Enjoys working in a team environment all while working hard to provide exceptional service to all residents, employees, and vendors
- Excellent written and communication skills, coaching, mentoring, managerial and presentation experience
- Experience working in Yardi or similar software
- Working knowledge of MS Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- IREM CPM® Designation, ARM or other similar designation preferred
- Current Real Estate License preferred; otherwise, candidates must be willing to obtain licensure and initiate the process following 3 months of employment.
- Travel required, must have a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance and reliable transportation
