What you’ll do

• Drive underground haul trucks to transport salt and materials throughout the mine.
• Operate other equipment as needed to support production.
• Assist with basic maintenance on conveyors, crushers, and screening equipment.
• Pitch in with the maintenance crew when additional hands are needed.
• Adhere to MSHA safety regulations and site standards.
• Accurately maintain production and safety records.

Is this you?

• Experienced heavy equipment operator who is comfortable underground.
• Mechanically inclined with a hands-on approach.
• Safety-first mindset and attention to detail.
• Capable of physical work, including lifting 50+ lbs.

What to expect

You’ll work underground daily, balance haulage duties with basic maintenance tasks, and collaborate closely with operations and maintenance to keep every shift running smoothly.
