We are customer-centric, community-focused, and committed to creating an environment where employees can grow professionally while making a meaningful impact.Position SummaryThe Controller will oversee all accounting and financial operations of the company and serve as a key member of the leadership team. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, this position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, supporting strategic decision-making, and leading a team of four accounting professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger functionsManage month-end and year-end close processesPrepare timely and accurate financial statements and management reportsDevelop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projectionsAnalyze financial performance and provide recommendations to leadershipMaintain and improve accounting processes and internal controlsCoordinate with external accountants, auditors, banks, and other financial partnersEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local regulationsLead, mentor, and develop a team of four accounting professionalsSupport strategic planning and business growth initiatives QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldProgressive accounting and financial management experiencePrior leadership or management experience preferredStrong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controlsExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and leadership abilitiesCPA designation is welcome but not requiredIndustry experience in office technology, service, distribution, or related industries is helpful but not requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryHealth insurance401(k) planPaid Time Off (PTO)Tuition reimbursementProfessional growth opportunitiesCollaborative leadership teamAward-winning company cultureOpportunity to make a direct impact on a growing organizationWhy Join ABS?At ABS, we believe business is about more than products and services-it's about people.
