If you’re energized by precision moves and safe, efficient machinery handling, this role is for you. Monday–Friday, 1st Shift.

What’s the balance of work?

5% Driving local tractor-trailer runs. 95% Onsite work dismantling, relocating, installing, and repairing industrial equipment.

What will you take on?
  • Operate semi tractors and trailers to stage and transport machinery and materials.
  • Rig loads: sling selection, controlled lifts, loading/unloading, placement, and final positioning.
  • Hands-on tasks supporting dismantle, move, install, and repair operations for industrial machinery.
  • Keep projects moving by communicating clearly with your team to sequence steps safely.
  • Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment when needed.
  • Adhere to DOT regulations, company rules, and all safety procedures.
  • Maintain equipment; escalate any mechanical or safety issues immediately.
Do you meet these requirements?
  • CDL Class A and an acceptable MVR.
  • Current DOT physical certification.
  • Age 21+ (insurance requirement).
  • Forklift certified or able to obtain certification promptly.
  • Strong command of load securement and safe material handling.
  • Comfortable reading blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specs.
  • Skilled with hand tools, pallet jacks, dollies, welders, and precision measuring tools.
  • Physically fit for demanding work, including safe lifting of heavy items.
Experience Snapshot
  • 2+ years CDL driving and rigging experience required.
  • Preferred: machinery moving, industrial installation, or heavy-haul exposure.
Capabilities We Value
  • Current CDL and DOT medical card.
  • Truck operations, DOT and equipment inspection compliance, and load securement.
  • Forklift license; crane operation familiarity.
  • Equipment troubleshooting and installation aptitude.
  • Field service readiness and meeting physical requirements.
