Responsibilities:
Provide non-medical in-home care to clients, including personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Build meaningful relationships with clients and provide emotional support and companionship
Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided, following plan of care
Collaborate with clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company policies
