Experienced Car wash Supervisor
Job Description
Working as a supervisor includes planing, organizing, leading, and controlling the flow of work through the Car Wash in a professional, timely manner while ensuring quality repairs for our customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

*Works with car washers and prep experts to ensure maximum productivity
*Monitors work area for safety and cleanliness.
*Checks daily the car wash equipment for proper operation.
*Handles all car wash logging to safeguard bulk billing to dealer.
*Monitors supply levels required to perform operations in most efficient manner.
*Holds all employees accountable for their actions and sets daily expectations.
*Sets and communicates delivery times to the store.
All damage photographed and communicated to the store with proper vehicle information.
*Prioritizes and controls all comebacks to ensure proper and prompt attention.
*Ensures sold units and customer cars are completed in a timely manner.
*Assists dealership personnel and maintains high customer satisfaction ratings.
*Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations, such as
hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
