Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Unlimited ABA is seeking a dedicated and motivated BCBA to join a team that values discipline, consistency, and high-performance standards.

What You’ll Do:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff
Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
What We’re Looking For:
Active BCBA certification
Strong leadership and communication skills
