- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in accordance with company policies and State Board regulations
- Support studio goals through client retention, rebooking, and guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and professional studio environment
- Current North Carolina Esthetics or Cosmetology License required
- Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong attention to cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends
- Previous waxing, sugaring, or body treatment experience preferred
- Airbrush tanning experience is a plus but not required
- Competitive earnings: $35–$50+ per hour (base pay, commission, and tips)
