About This Role
We're seeking a dynamic and compassionate teacher to oversee our 18-24 month Toddler room, where you'll inspire and engage young minds through interactive play and learning experiences. As a lead teacher, you'll be responsible for creating and implementing engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and collaborating with your team to ensure the best possible care for our children. What You'll Do
Supervision, Diapering, arts and crafts, helping with meal time and nap, Keeping kids on schedule, interacting with children, communicating with parents.
Requirements
- Must be able to sit comfortably in the floor and be able to get up and down easily as much of the day is spent on the ground.
- Must be willing to learn and adapt to different situations and handling emotions.
- Must be willing to work as a team player, be dedicated to their job, and bring a positive attitude!
- 6 Months Experience in licensed center
Nice To Haves
A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly desirable, as is a strong commitment to lifelong learning and professional development. If you have a degree or certification in a field like Child Development or Education, we'd love to hear from you!
