Save a Lot is looking for a friendly and motivated Part Time Customer Service Clerk to join our team in Williamsport, PA! Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner throughout the store
• Process customer transactions accurately at the checkout, including cash handling and card payments
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with patience and efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment
• Assist with product returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with store policy
• Support stocking, bagging, and general floor duties as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations

Requirements:

• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Positive, customer-first mindset with a willingness to learn
