Responsibilities
Social Services Director: Lead a team of social workers and support staff to provide comprehensive social services to patients, including counseling, case management, and discharge planning.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Conduct needs assessments and develop strategic plans to meet the social service needs of our patient population.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements
Minimum 0 years of experience in social work and leadership roles.
Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
