Customer Service Representative

Full-Time | In-Office | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

We are seeking a customer-focused, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service throughout the customer’s marketing campaign.

You will be the customer’s primary point of contact from order placement through completion, coordinating with our design, mailing list, printing, and mailing teams to ensure orders are accurate, deadlines are met, and customers are completely satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and live chat.
  
• Coordinate customer orders and instructions with internal departments.
  
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  
• Resolve customer questions and issues professionally.
  
• Ensure accuracy, follow-through, and timely completion of orders.
  
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide 5-star customer service.
  
• Assist other areas of the department as needed.
  

Compensation & Schedule

• $19.50/hour starting pay
  
• $20.50/hour after training and favorable performance review
  
• Up to $400/month bonus after approximately 3–6 months
  
• Paid training
  
• Full-time, in-office
  
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
  

• 2–5 years of customer service experience.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
  
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  
• Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions.
  
• 40+ WPM typing speed with accuracy.
  
• Basic Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
  
• Reliable, responsible, and positive.
