Construction Delivery Driver

TriStar Concrete Construction is hiring a delivery driver to support our field and shop operations. This role is all about keeping our crews moving — pulling trailers, hauling equipment between job sites, picking up materials, and keeping our shop running smoothly. It's a great opportunity for someone who wants to be out in the field, learn the concrete construction business from the ground up, and grow with our team.

$75,000 yearly

• Pull trailers and transport equipment between job sites as needed

• Pick up lumber and other materials and deliver them to job sites or back to the shop

• Maintain the shop, keeping it clean and organized

• Grease equipment and clean/replace filters as part of routine maintenance

• Check on active job sites and report back on progress or needs

• Assist crews with general support tasks in the field and at the shop

• Excellent communication skills and time management skills
• Must have graduated high school or received equivalency
• Lift at minimum 25 pounds
• Valid U.S. driver’s license in your state and a clean driving record

TriStar Concrete Construction is a local concrete contractor based out of Nashville, TN, performing concrete for commercial concrete construction projects across the state of Tennessee, with projects ranging from $100,000 - $2,000,000 for concrete foundations, flatwork, & site work.
