Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional nursing care and supervision to patients during the overnight shift.
- Coordinate and oversee nursing staff to ensure efficient operations and quality care delivery.
- Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
- Monitor and maintain accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote a positive and healing environment for our residents.
Requirements:
- Valid and active RN license in New York.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
