Primary Care Physician
Join a dedicated community health center with 7 clinics in NW Georgia (40 miles from downtown Atlanta). Full-service practice group, including primary care, pediatrics, women's health, behavior health, dentistry with pharmacy and onsite labs. Safe family friendly community with affordable housing, tons of outdoor activities, sport and music entertainment, shopping and restaurants. Easy access to Hartford-Jackson International Airport.
Currently 4 providers (2 physicians and 2 APPs). Outpatient clinic (4.5 day schedule with half days Friday), no weekends. Support patients with preventative and chronic care, primarily an underserved population. Supervise APPs in clinic. Clinical Works EMR.

Requirements:
- BE / BC Family Medicine OR Internal Medicine
- GA Licensed, or eligible
- Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency desirable
Compensation:
- Guaranteed base (up to $210k)
- Call 1:7, phone consults only
- 403b retirement plan (2% match)
