We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Family Nurse Practitioner who is dedicated to delivering excellent patient care while working in a supportive and efficient clinical environment.
This role is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner who values both meaningful patient relationships and clinical productivity. Our established patient base allows providers to step into a full schedule immediately, while our experienced team supports the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and committed to serving our community while maintaining efficiency in a busy outpatient setting.
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan
- Conduct routine physical exams, wellness visits, and preventative care screenings
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with Texas regulations and clinical protocols
- Order, review, and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies
- Perform minor in-office procedures as appropriate
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventative health measures
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
- Adhere to clinic policies, safety standards, and HIPAA regulations
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program
- Current Texas Nurse Practitioner license
- National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy clinical setting

- Salary starting at $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Schedule and Work-Life Balance:
