Picture your day at PALFINGER’s Trenton facility: you start with a targeted cycle count, reconcile a discrepancy you spotted yesterday, receive inbound materials against packing slips, and update locations so production has exactly what they need—right when they need it. You stage pallets safely with a forklift, keep aisles tidy, and close the loop in the system so our data mirrors reality. That’s how you’ll keep operations moving smoothly and safely.

What You’ll Do

• Own inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts, reconciliation, and fast discrepancy resolution.
• Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials following our quality and operational procedures.
• Record every transaction—receipts, transfers, and new location assignments—accurately in the system.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely to move and stage stock.
• Champion warehouse organization, housekeeping, and clear communication with cross-functional partners.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in inventory control, warehouse operations, or cycle counting.
• Hands-on experience with forklifts and material handling equipment (forklift certification preferred).
• Meticulous attention to detail with a knack for finding and fixing inventory variances.
• Comfort with inventory systems, RF scanners, and Microsoft Office—especially Excel.

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly role; pay range: $45,760 to $49,920.
