Schedule: Monday–Friday, school hours (8:00AM - 3:00PM)
ABA Solutions is seeking a School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team serving students throughout the Clearwater and Pinellas County area. This position offers the opportunity to provide services within classroom and school settings while working alongside experienced BCBAs who are committed to your success.
Whether you're an experienced RBT or beginning your career in ABA, you'll receive consistent supervision, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative, BCBA-owned organization.

Clinical Support & Growth Opportunities
RBTs at ABA Solutions receive ongoing clinical support designed to help them succeed and grow.
Our team provides:
- Regular supervision from experienced BCBAs
- USF-approved practicum supervisors for those pursuing BCBA certification
- Opportunities to work alongside student analysts and developing clinicians
- Collaboration with teachers, school staff, and caregivers
- Centralized, Clearwater-based caseloads (minimal travel)
- Free in-house BACB Type 2 CEUs
- Ongoing mentorship and career development opportunities
What You'll Do
- Deliver individualized one-on-one ABA therapy in school settings
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs developed by supervising BCBAs
- Collect accurate real-time data on progress and behavior
- Model strategies for teachers and paraprofessionals when appropriate
- Support students' communication, behavioral, and social-emotional skills
- Maintain compassion, professionalism, and confidentiality in every interaction
Where You'll Work
School-Based Services
Support elementary through high school students during the school day by implementing behavior intervention plans, promoting classroom participation, and helping students build essential academic and social skills.

Qualifications
- Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB
- Experience working with children or students with autism/developmental differences preferred
- Comfortable working with elementary through high school-aged students
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Availability during school hours (Monday–Friday)
- Commitment to ethical, student-centered care
