Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IV Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals at our facility in Bloomsburg, PA. As an IV Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Responsibilities
Administer IV medications and treatments to patients, ensuring accurate dosing and documentation
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Perform routine nursing tasks, such as vital sign checks, wound care, and specimen collection
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, medication administration, and treatment outcomes
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient care and outcomes
Requirements
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania
1+ years of experience as an IV Nurse
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
