As a Cashier at our City Foundry kiosk, you are the face of BEAST. In the high-energy atmosphere of a food hall, you aren't just ringing up transactions; you’re a "Queue Commander." You’ll engage with guests while they wait, explain the nuances of our St. Louis-style BBQ, and ensure every guest leaves the counter feeling like a VIP. Key Responsibilities

1. The "Front Line" Experience

• Menu Mastery: Be the expert. You should be able to explain the difference between our brisket and pork steaks to a first-timer with total confidence.
• Efficient Order Entry: Navigate the POS system with speed and accuracy to keep the line moving without sacrificing hospitality.
• Upselling with Purpose: Recommend the perfect side or a seasonal special to round out a guest's tray.

2. Kiosk "Showroom" Maintenance

• Spotless Standards: In a kiosk, the guest sees everything. You’ll keep the counter, beverage station, and condiment area obsessively clean.
• Restocking: Ensure the "grab-and-go" items, utensils, and napkins are always staged and ready for the next rush.

3. Team Synergy

• Communication: Work in lockstep with the slicing team and the kitchen to ensure order accuracy and manage guest expectations on wait times.
• Support: Be willing to jump in and run a tray or wipe a counter when the team needs a hand.

Qualifications

• Energy: You have a "people-first" personality and can stay upbeat during a 2-hour lunch rush.
• Speed: Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a high-volume, loud environment.
• Reliability: You’re someone the team can count on to show up on time and ready to work.
• Age: Must be 18+ years of age.
• Experience: Previous experience in fast-casual or food hall environments is a plus, but we’ll train the right attitude.
