Job Responsibilities

Appliance Delivery & Installation

• Deliver and install residential appliances safely and professionally
  
  
• Install washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, refrigerators, and microwaves
  
  
• Remove and haul away old appliances
  
  
• Protect customer homes during deliveries and installations
  
  
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site
  
  
• Ensure appliances are level, functioning properly, and clean upon completion
  
  

Warehouse & Inventory Support

• Organize warehouse inventory and appliance storage areas
  
  
• Load and unload appliances safely
  
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks and warehouse
  
  
• Track inventory and assist with appliance movement and staging
  
  
• Help process incoming and outgoing appliances and parts
  
  

Technician Support

• Assist repair technicians with heavy lifting or moving appliances
  
  
• Help with appliance pickups, shop organization, and miscellaneous operational tasks
  
  
• Support overall daily workflow and efficiency
  
  

Requirements

• Valid California Driver’s License with clean driving record
  
  
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy appliances daily
  
  
• Strong reliability and punctuality
  
  
• Professional appearance and attitude
  
  
• Ability to follow company procedures and instructions consistently
  
  
• Good communication and customer service skills
  
  
• Basic hand tool experience
  
  
• Ability to work efficiently without constant supervision
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Appliance installation experience
  
  
• Delivery or moving experience
  
  
• Warehouse experience
  
  
• Appliance repair knowledge is a plus but not required
