What You'll Do

As a Sales Associate at Plato's Closet Matthews, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable customer service.
- Assisting customers in finding the perfect items to match their style.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
- Processing transactions efficiently and accurately at the register.
- Assisting with inventory management, including tagging and organizing items.
- Learning and applying our buying process to evaluate and purchase gently used items from customers.
