On-Call Weekend Caregiver

Job Overview

Right at Home – Rhome is seeking dependable and flexible caregivers for our On-Call Weekend Caregiver position. This role is ideal for experienced caregivers who are comfortable responding to last-minute staffing needs and helping ensure our clients receive uninterrupted quality care.

Caregivers selected for the on-call rotation will receive a flat weekend on-call pay rate, plus hourly pay for any shifts worked during the weekend.

Responsibilities

• Be available during assigned on-call weekends
• Answer communication promptly from office staff
• Be willing to accept and travel to last-minute/open caregiver shifts
• Provide compassionate in-home care to seniors and clients
• Assist with personal care, companionship, meal prep, mobility assistance, and light housekeeping
• Maintain professionalism and reliability during all assigned shifts

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience preferred
• Must be dependable and flexible with scheduling
• Must be willing to travel to open shifts in Wise County and Parker County
• Must pass a background check
• Must pass a drug screening
• Reliable transportation required

Compensation

• Flat weekend on-call pay
• Additional hourly pay for all hours worked during assigned shifts
