Direct Support Professional – Overnight Awake Staff. Chestnut Hill Area | 11:00 pm–7:00 am


Are you calm, attentive, and dependable overnight? We are seeking Overnight Awake Direct Support Professionals to provide safe, reassuring support for a woman in her 40s with IDD in her Chestnut Hill home.

This role is ideal for someone who is steady, compassionate, and able to provide quiet reassurance during overnight hours.

✨ What You’ll Do

• Ensure safety throughout the night
• Provide reassurance and gentle support if she wakes
• Offer calm redirection when needed
• Maintain a safe, comfortable overnight environment
• 5 - 6 overnight shifts available

???? Who We’re Looking For

• Calm, patient, and respectful individuals
• Minimum of 2 years caregiving experience
• Experience supporting adults with IDD
• Reliable and attentive overnight
• Able to pass state and federal background checks
• Someone who does not smoke

???? Compensation - Starting at $20.00 per hour, based on experience and services provided
