Behavioral & Educational Solutions (BES), PC is expanding our Autism Services team and seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

As a BCBA, you will oversee comprehensive ABA treatment services, support behavior technicians, collaborate with families, and drive meaningful progress for clients through evidence-based interventions.
ResponsibilitiesConduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other behavioral evaluations
Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Analyze treatment data and adjust programming as needed
Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Conduct caregiver coaching and parent training sessions
Complete treatment plans, reauthorizations, progress reports, and clinical documentation
Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary providers
Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards, insurance requirements, and state regulations
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development initiatives
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain licensure
Experience providing ABA services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing behavior intervention programs
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Clinic-based ABA experience
Knowledge of insurance-funded ABA services
Experience with treatment authorizations and documentation
Strong caregiver training and parent coaching skills
Interest in mentorship, supervision, or future leadership opportunities
