What You'll Do

As a BCBA, you will oversee comprehensive ABA treatment services, support behavior technicians, collaborate with families, and drive meaningful progress for clients through evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other behavioral evaluations

  • Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

  • Analyze treatment data and adjust programming as needed

  • Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Conduct caregiver coaching and parent training sessions

  • Complete treatment plans, reauthorizations, progress reports, and clinical documentation

  • Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary providers

  • Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards, insurance requirements, and state regulations

  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development initiatives

QualificationsRequired
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field

  • Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain licensure

  • Experience providing ABA services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder

  • Experience supervising RBTs and implementing behavior intervention programs

  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred
  • Clinic-based ABA experience

  • Knowledge of insurance-funded ABA services

  • Experience with treatment authorizations and documentation

  • Strong caregiver training and parent coaching skills

  • Interest in mentorship, supervision, or future leadership opportunities
