In-Person BCBA (North Carolina) - NO TREATMENT PLANNING RESPONSIBILITIES!
Job Description
We are seeking an in-person BCBA in North Carolina to support our clinical team by providing supervision services and serving as an additional set of eyes for our clients and staff. This unique role is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys mentoring, collaborating, and ensuring high-quality clinical care without carrying the primary responsibility for program development.
What You'll Do
Provide up to 50% of the required supervision for cases overseen by remote BCBAs
Supervise and support RBTs in the field
Conduct observations and provide clinical feedback
Complete some assessments as needed
Collaborate closely with BCBAs, RBTs, clients, and families

Serve as a valuable member of the clinical team, helping ensure treatment integrity and quality services

Full-Time: 30 billable hours per week

Qualifications
Current BCBA certification in good standing
Ability to provide in-person supervision in North Carolina
Strong collaboration, communication, and mentorship skills
