Now Hiring: Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Location: Harrisburg, PA 17110

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support for a 55-year-old woman with an intellectual disability.

Schedule:

• Tuesday to Saturday | 8 AM - 3 PM

• Sunday | 8 AM - 1 PM (to attend church)
  

Requirements:

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

• Ability to provide transportation for community outings

• Dependable, patient, and compassionate

• Prior experience providing care and support to adults with intellectual disabilities

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care, including daily morning showering

• Provide verbal prompts to promote health and safety

• Encourage independence while providing hands-on assistance when needed

• Transport the individual to community activities, including the senior center, grocery store, library, appointments, church and other outings

• Provide companionship and support with daily routines
