Duties:
Responsible for ensuring facility is adequately staffed for each work shift in order to comply with state and federal regulations.
Organizes and prepare schedules based on availability, census, time off requests, and vacancies.
Works with other departments in filling vacant positions to meet facility staffing requirements.
Keeps attendance records
Responds to employee calls regarding scheduling issues, and prepares written correspondence as necessary.
Qualifications:
Previous staffing experience is required
Ability to relate with all staff and potential patients and family members
Service-oriented (positive, enthusiastic, empathetic and respectful demeanor)
Capable of organizing tasks and managing multiple priorities
