EDU-AIDs is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our school partner school team in Pasco, WA. Assignment Details:

• Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Location: Pasco, WA
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: End of School Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and staff
• Foster a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment
• Support individualized treatment goals under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license for the state of Washington (required)
• Minimum 1+ years of experience as an RBT (preferred)
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must pass a criminal background and abuse registry check
• Strong commitment to working within a collaborative, student-centered environment
