Position Summary
Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is hiring a Supervisory Case Manager on behalf of its client, the District of Columbia Government, in support of the Department of Human Services (DHS) 801 East program. This is a full time, onsite position in Washington, DC, working 8 hours per day for an anticipated 249 working days.
Duties and Responsibilities
$18.40 to $27.00 per hour, based on experience.
Residency Preference

Duties and Responsibilities
- The Supervisory Case Manager oversees daily case management operations by reviewing admissions, ensuring intake procedures are followed, and confirming that orientations, assessments, and referrals are completed accurately and in compliance with DHS standards.
- The Supervisory Case Manager supports Case Managers in assisting clients by establishing program schedules, monitoring coordination of services, and ensuring the appropriate allocation of resources, including transportation and supportive services.
- The Supervisory Case Manager monitors case activity by auditing documentation, verifying client attendance, and ensuring that staff appropriately advocate for services. The Supervisor provides guidance during crisis interventions and ensures staff are equipped to offer supportive counseling to clients and families.
- The Supervisory Case Manager oversees the maintenance of client records by ensuring timely, accurate case notes, progress logs, and data entry. The Supervisor reviews documentation for quality and compliance and provides coaching or corrective feedback as needed.
- The Supervisory Case Manager ensures that client progress is communicated effectively by overseeing weekly interdisciplinary meetings, reviewing evaluations, and ensuring teams identify obstacles and develop appropriate action plans.
- The Supervisory Case Manager oversees the discharge process by reviewing discharge plans, ensuring coordination of post-discharge requirements, and confirming that families receive appropriate orientation, training, and resources.
- The Supervisory Case Manager prepares and reviews reports by analyzing program data, treatment outcomes, service trends, and compliance statistics.
- The Supervisory Case Manager maintains professional expertise by pursuing ongoing training, reviewing relevant regulations and best practices, and participating in professional development opportunities.
- The Supervisory Case Manager enhances the department's effectiveness by identifying operational needs, implementing process improvements, and supporting new initiatives that strengthen service delivery.
- The Supervisory Case Manager shall be able to perform and oversee required duties at any Day Center location under this contract, including but not limited to the Adams Place Day Center, the 801 Day Center, and any additional Day Center sites designated by DHS during the contract period.
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of case management operations, staff supervision and coaching, quality assurance, compliance monitoring, and program reporting
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
$18.40 to $27.00 per hour, based on experience.
