Job Summary
New Patterns ABA VA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with young children diagnosed with autism. As an RBT, you will join our collaborative team of passionate professionals who are committed to helping children grow, learn, and thrive. This part-time role offers the opportunity to make a life-changing impact on a child's development while working in a supportive and flexible environment.
Responsibilities
Provide home-based ABA therapy directly to children and families in their natural environment (most often in the home)
Teach essential communication, social, play, and daily living skills through fun, engaging, play-based activities
Receive ongoing training to ensure you feel confident and supported in delivering high-quality ABA services
Part-time schedule: 9-15 hours per week, typically afternoons (3-7pm preferred)
Requirements
Minimum of a High School Diploma (college coursework preferred)
Active RBT Certification
Genuine passion for working with children
Willingness to learn and grow
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Web-enabled device (laptop or tablet)
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with families
