Job Description:

As a Caregiver with CareBuilders at Home – Solon OH, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients. Your duties will include assisting with daily activities such as personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing, as well as providing companionship and emotional support. You will also assist with light housekeeping tasks, accompany clients to appointments and social outings, and monitor and report any changes in their health or behavior.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up

• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings

• Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a caregiver preferred but not required

• Compassionate and empathetic attitude

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to follow care plans and instructions

• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

• Physical ability to assist with mobility and perform light household tasks

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required)

• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check
