What You'll Do

As a Dining Server, you'll help create an exceptional dining experience by:

• Providing friendly, restaurant-style table service to residents and their guests.

• Building meaningful relationships with residents through outstanding hospitality.

• Taking meal orders and serving food with professionalism, accuracy, and a positive attitude.

• Accommodating special requests and dietary needs while providing exceptional customer service.

• Assisting with dining room setup, beverage service, and table maintenance.

• Keeping the dining room clean, organized, and welcoming before, during, and after meal service.

• Working closely with the culinary team to ensure an excellent dining experience for every resident.

What We're Looking For

• Passion for providing outstanding customer service.

• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.

• Restaurant, hospitality, customer service, or senior living experience is preferred but not required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

• Must be able to successfully complete a Level 2 AHCA Clearinghouse background screening.
