Registered Nurse (RN) PCU Observation Fort Myers, FL

COMPENSATION:Earn up to$50/hr (non-critical care)or$55/hr (critical care)(based on years of RN experience)+Relocation Package ($12,000$15,000+)

Role:
  • Location:Fort Myers, FL(on-site)
  • Unit/Focus:PCU Observation
  • Schedule/Hours:40 hours/week
  • Start Date:Jul 13, 2026
  • Core Responsibilities:Safe delivery and documentation of patient care; coordinate nursing care based on clinical practice standards; collaborate with the care team; support quality improvement and customer service; practice aligned with ANA standards and the Florida Nurse Practice Act.
Incentives / Relocation:
  • Relocation Package:$12,000$15,000+
    • $7,000relocation paid on 1st check(non-critical care)
    • $10,000relocation paid on 1st check(critical care)
    • $5,400expense support( $1,800/mo x 3 months; paid on the first paycheck of each month )

Required Qualifications:
  • Education:Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program(Associate or Bachelors preferred)
  • Experience:1+ yearrecent acute care experience(department requirements may vary)
    • PCU/Neuro:1+ yearrecent hospital bedside experience required
    • Womens Services / Endo / OR / PICU:2+ yearsexperience required
    • Less than 2 years RN experience:receives50% of hiring incentives
  • Certifications:AHABLS(current for at least 90 days after hire date; may vary by department)
  • License:ActiveFlorida RN license
  • Other:Communication/interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, customer service skills
