As a Dietary Aid at our center, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dietary team and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our residents and their dietary needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of meals, snacks, and beverages for residents, following established recipes and presentation guidelines
• Set tables and ensure cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and serving stations
• Maintain accurate records of food temperatures, inventory, and waste management
• Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and execute special events, theme meals, and holiday celebrations
• Develop relationships with residents, families, and staff to build trust, respect, and a positive working environment
• Participate in in-service training and professional development opportunities to enhance dietary skills and knowledge

Requirements:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
