Pay: $17.00–$21.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Must be flexible to work Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM–6:30 PM, including overtime and occasional Saturdays.

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused Bilingual Chemical Batch Mixers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will prepare and mix chemical batches according to established formulas while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing or warehouse experience looking for long-term employment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately measure, mix, and prepare chemical batches following established formulas and procedures.
- Operate and maintain mixers, scales, and packaging equipment.
- Follow all CGMP guidelines and company safety protocols.
- Safely handle raw materials using forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Package finished products while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Perform routine inspections to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Complete batch records and production documentation accurately.
- Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Work with quality control personnel as needed to ensure product specifications are met.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Previous manufacturing, chemical, laboratory, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Forklift experience required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Steel-toe boots required.
- Knowledge of CGMP regulations is a plus.
- Experience with packaging, machining, or materials handling is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Requirements
- Must have a flexible schedule and be available for overtime, including Saturdays.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must pass E-Verify.
