We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Champion City Nursing & Rehabilitation in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, promoting healing, and improving the overall health and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients, including physical and emotional evaluations
