We’re looking for dependable professionals with flexible availability who can confidently manage On‑Call responsibilities and step in to cover essential shifts when needed.

About the Role

As a Client Service Specialist, you’ll be the connection point between our clients, their families, and our internal care team. You’ll help identify new opportunities in the community, communicate with potential clients, and support our agency’s operations using Salesforce to stay organized and efficient.
