Lead Teachers

We're seeking dedicated and enthusiastic early childhood educators to join our team as Lead Teachers and Summer Help! As a Lead Teacher, you'll be responsible for creating a warm and engaging classroom environment that supports each child's growth and learning.

Schedule varies between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and employment type is full-time. We're using the Creative Curriculum and offer a supportive team environment, opportunities for growth, and ongoing professional development.

• Create engaging lesson plans using the Creative Curriculum and monthly themes, and assess children’s progress while maintaining open communication with families.
• Establish a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom environment, and ensure cleanliness and upkeep.
• Collaborate with colleagues and administration to ensure program success, and follow state licensing requirements and center policies.
• Maintain a warm, professional, and team-oriented approach, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

• Experience in a child care setting, preferably in the rooms applying for.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills, and a warm, professional, and team-oriented approach.
• CDA or Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood (preferred).
