ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2005 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in factory automation and industrial sales before deciding to pursue the opportunity to own my own business. I'm an Ohio State graduate, and insurance truly runs in the family - my wife is an independent insurance agent, and our son works alongside her.

We believe in creating a workplace where people enjoy coming to work and feel supported. Our agency has a fun, family-oriented atmosphere, and I believe in giving my team the freedom to succeed without micromanaging.

Our agency offers PTO, paid holidays, health benefits, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in rewarding hard work while providing opportunities for long-term success.

I'm looking for someone who is competitive, outgoing, and motivated to succeed. If you have a can-do attitude, enjoy learning, and are driven by the opportunity to grow your career and maximize your earning potential, we'd love to have you on our team.
