Assistant Preschool Teacher

Kinder Prep Learning Academy is seeking a warm, dependable Early Childhood Teacher (Assistant or Lead, based on experience) to join our team.

We are a licensed, award-winning preschool offering a high-quality, play-based program for children ages 3–5. Our approach blends child-led exploration with intentional teacher-guided learning, with a strong focus on social-emotional development, STREAM experiences, and hands-on engagement.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (shift varies)

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Support children through play-based learning experiences
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Maintain classroom organization and licensing standards

• Experience in early childhood education preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong reliability and consistent attendance are essential
• Warm, patient, and team-oriented
• Belief that this work matters and makes a lasting impact
