Compensation:$125,000 - $195,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Generate and nurture leads to build a robust client base.
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process with confidence and clarity.
- Collaborate with mentors to refine your skills and strategies.
- Utilize proven systems to manage transactions efficiently from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Stay informed about market trends to provide clients with up-to-date advice.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
- Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one).
- Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect and communicate effectively.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes with ease.
- Proven track record of setting and achieving personal and professional goals.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Commitment to continuous learning and personal development through training and mentorship.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with the Sioux Falls real estate market is a plus but not required.
