Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the nursing staff, including staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
Provide ongoing mentorship and guidance to nursing staff, promoting professional development and growth
Collaborate with other departments, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Monitor and maintain accurate records and reports, including staff hours, patient data, and departmental metrics

Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Minimum 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
