Production Worker
Job Description
We are currently seeking a dependable Production Worker to support mixing and batch operations within a production environment. This role involves operating and monitoring industrial equipment such as tanks and fillers to ensure safe and efficient production.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Overtime: Available during production peaks
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor mixing and batch production machinery
Handle equipment such as tanks and filling machines
Measure, mix, and prepare materials according to production guidelines
Ensure proper machine setup, operation, and shutdown procedures
Monitor production processes to maintain quality and efficiency
Perform basic troubleshooting and report mechanical issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Assist with additional production or warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements
Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Must be flexible to rotate between all three shifts as required
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
