Job Summary:

As a Caregiver with our Home Care Agency, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and personalized care to elderly adults in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, in-home care services that enable our clients to maintain their independence and dignity.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one care and companionship to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, meal preparation, and medication management
Support clients with mobility issues, transfers, and ambulation as needed
Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, including managing household tasks and errands as necessary
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families through effective communication and empathy
Collaborate with other Carepoint team members, including Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs), to ensure seamless care transitions and client satisfaction
Adhere to all Carepoint policies and procedures, including confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
Requirements:
0 years of experience as a Caregiver or related role
High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients as needed
