Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

• Conduct regular assessments of patient care plans and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations in home health care.
• Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care strategies.
• Monitor and manage nursing budgets and resource allocation.
• Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Colorado.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of home health care regulations and standards.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor nursing staff effectively.
• Experience with patient care assessments and care plan development.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.
