Psychiatrist

The Phoenix Recovery Center, LLC is continuing to grow and looking to hire a part time Psychiatrist for our South Jordan Residential & Outpatient facility. 5-6 hours a week with potential to grow. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday’s to be on site this is flexible and we are willing to work with candidate on a schedule that works.

At The Phoenix we believe in empowering individuals and families who are suffering from mental health disorders and chemical dependency to celebrate life through lasting solutions.

· Fully licensed in the State of Utah

· Be in good standing w/ Department of Professional Licensing

· Complete psychiatric assessments

· Develop a treatment plan for clients

· Complete all documentation on time and to standard

· Attend and support weekly staff and clinical meetings

· Proficiency in supporting clients to meet objectives and program agreements
