Warehouse Associate / Box Truck Delivery Driver - BIL

Job OverviewWSL, Inc. (Warehouse, Supply, Logistics) provides logistics, warehousing, and distribution services for flooring products, installation supplies, and related materials. The Non-CDL Driver/Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting service center operations through local deliveries, order fulfillment, inventory handling, and warehouse activities. This position ensures products are received, stored, loaded, and delivered safely, accurately, and on time while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and committed to supporting both warehouse operations and customer delivery needs.Delivery ResponsibilitiesSafely operate company delivery vehicles in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies.Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.Verify delivery manifests and ensure products are loaded, secured, and transported safely.Deliver flooring products, installation supplies, and related materials to customers, job sites, and service centers.Obtain proof of delivery and customer signatures when required.Maintain professional relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.Communicate delivery delays, damages, or customer concerns to management immediately.Keep assigned vehicles clean and presentable.Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Warehouse ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, unload, and store incoming shipments.Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for delivery and customer pickup.Load and unload trucks accurately and safely.Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and product organization.Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely.Inspect flooring materials and supplies for damage and report discrepancies.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard environment.Assist customers with loading materials and order pickups.Support warehouse operations and perform additional duties as assigned.Perform additional duties as assignedScheduleMonday through FridayLocal routesOccasional overtime may be required based on business needsAbility to work 40 hours per weekQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.Prior delivery, warehouse, logistics, or flooring industry experience preferred.Forklift certification preferred or the ability to obtain certification.Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail.Basic computer skills preferred.What We Offer$19–$21 per hourFull-time, steady local workConsistent routes and freightSafety-focused company cultureSupportive local managementWell-maintained equipment WSL, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
